International Security Printers is a group name that includes Cartor and Walsall. Thus, when this is quoted by Royal Mail, the FSC code needs to be referred to in order to determine the printer in the group that actually printed the product.
Royal Mail announced on 21st February 2020 new tariff rates with the second class rate rising 4p from 61p to 65p and the first class rate by 6p - from 70p to 76p. The changes came into effect on 23rd March 2020.
The Walsall printings of the Machin 50p and 1st RMSF NVI with the year code 'MI9L' were officially issued on 21st January 2020. The 1st RMSF NVI had been found in Post Offices last year (October 2019).
The first special issue of the year had the theme 'Video Games' and was issued on 21st January 2020. A Minisheet and Custom Retail Booklet accompanied the issue, both of which feature the video game - Tomb Raider. The two 1st class NVI special issue stamps from the booklet have 'Tomb Raider 1996' and 'Tomb Raider 2013' designs (both ex Minisheet). The 4x1st class NVI Royal Mail Red stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MCIL' and 'M20L'.
Visions of the Universe special stamps were issued on 11th February 2020. A Prestige Stamp Booklet was associated with this special issue and was priced at £16.10. The booklet contained two Machin panes - pane 2 containing 2x5p, 2x10p and 4x1st NVI Country Pictorial stamps and pane 4 containing 2x1p, 4x2p and 2x£1.35. The Machin stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MPIL' and 'M19L'.

A 6x1st NVI Custom Retail booklet was issued on 10th March 2020 promoting the London 2020 Stamp Exhibition to be held in May 2020. The special issue definitive sized stamps include 2x1st NVI 1d Black, 2x1st NVI 2d Blue and 2x1st 1d Red designs.
A set of Special Issue stamps will be issued on 17th March 2020 featuring James Bond Films. Associated products include a Retail and Prestige Stamp Booklet. The Retail Booklet contains two 1st class NVI special issue stamps - 'Bell Jet Pack' and 'Aston Martin DB5'. The 4x1st class NVI Royal Mail Red stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MCIL' and 'M20L'.
The Prestige Stamp Booklet is priced at £16.99. The Machin pane (pane 4) contains 2x2p, 2x2nd NVI and also Pictorial Flag stamps -2x2nd NVI Scottish Saltire and 2x1st NVI Union Flags. The Machin stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MPIL' and 'M19L'.
Seven new Machin stamps were issued on 17th March 2020 in respect of the Tariff Rate change on 23rd March 2020. These were the following values - all Self Adhesive :-

A minisheet to commemorate the 700th Anniversary of Declaration of Arbroath was issued on 6th April 2020. The minisheet was printed by Cartor and contains the prevailing Scottish Country Pictorials - 2nd NVI, 1st NVI, £1.42 and £1.63. The minisheet was on normal PVA gummed paper and priced at £4.46.
A Sheetlet of 25 (5x5) to commemorate the 180th Anniversary of the 1d Black was issued on 6th May 2020. The Sheetlet was comprised of 25x1st NVI definitive sized 1d Black designs (as issued in the London 2020 booklet in March) and was priced at £19. The Sheetlet was on normal gummed paper and was printed by Cartor.
A set of stamps to commemorate the End of the Second World War were issued on 8th May 2020. Associated with this issue there was a Prestige Booklet priced at £19.80. The Machin pane (pane 2) contained 4x5p, 2x50p and 2x£1.63 and have the iridescent codes of 'MPIL' and 'M20L'.
A set of stamps celebrating 60 years of the television soap Coronation Street was issued on 28th May 2020. Associated with this issue there was a Custom Retail Booklet of 6x1st. This contained two 1st class NVI special issue stamps - 'Vera' and 'Ken'. The 4x1st class NVI Royal Mail Red stamps had the iridescent codes of 'MCIL' and 'M20L'.
The fourth in the series Music Giants features the group 'Queen' and was issued on 9th July 2020. Associated products include a Retail and Prestige Stamp Booklet. The Retail Booklet contains two 1st class NVI special issue stamps exhibiting album covers - 'Queen II' and 'A Night at the Opera'. The 4x1st class NVI Royal Mail Red stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MCIL' and 'M20L'.
The Prestige Stamp Booklet was priced at £19.10. The Machin pane (pane 4) contains 4x1p Machin and 4x1st NVI definitive sized special issue 'Queen' stamps. The Machin stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MPIL' and 'M20L'.
A set of special issue stamps featuring the TV series Sherlock (Holmes) was issued on 18th August 2020. As well as the counter sheet stamps a minisheet was available containing four different designs. Also issued, a custom retail booklet containing two 1st class NVI special issue stamps showing silhouettes of characters from the 'Red-Headed League' and 'Adventure of the Speckled Band' (both from the minisheet). The 4x1st class NVI Royal Mail Red stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MCIL' and 'M20L'.

As this was an unscheduled change, new Machins and Country Pictorials were not produced for the new rates. Special Issues starting with the Rupert Bear issue of 3rd September 2020 used the new rates as appropriate (£1.45 and £1.70).
Post & Go machines were updated to cater for the new Tariff Rates. A by product of this was that the 'Collectors Set' of six had three Value changes made. These were :-

Two Christmas Retail Booklets were issued on 3rd November 2020. These booklets contain 12x2nd NVI (£7.80) or 12x1st NVI (£9.12) self adhesive Christmas stamps respectively.

The Star Trek franchise was the latest bandwagon Royal Mail Collectibles jumped on with a host of products issued on 13th November 2020. Included in the range were a Retail Booklet and a Prestige Booklet. The Retail Booklet contained two 1st class NVI special issue stamps featuring Captain James T Kirk and Captain Jean Luc Picard. The 4x1st class NVI Royal Mail Red stamps have the iridescent codes of 'MCIL' and 'M20L'.
The Prestige Stamp Booklet was priced at £18.35. The Machin pane (pane 4) contained 2x2p, 3x50p and 3x2nd NVI Machin definitives all with the iridescent codes of 'MPIL' and 'M20L'.
Three new Machin stamps were issued on 23rd December 2020 in respect of Royal Mail International Tariff Rate changes on 1st January 2021. These were the following values - all Self Adhesive :-.

A new range of Tariff Rates will come into effect on 1st January 2021. The standard 2nd class rate will rise 1p to 66p (currently 65p) while the 1st class rate will rise a massive 9p to 85p (currently 76p). It will be interesting to see whether these are the only Royal Mail price increases in 2021.
The Post & Go Collectors strip of six will be made-up of the NVI Tariff Rates - 1st. 1st Large, Euro 100g / World 20g, World Letter 100g, Europe Large Letter and World Large Letter.
